Refund and Returns Policy

The e-shop user has the option to request the return of products either because they are not what he/she ordered or because those added in replacement of others are not of his/her choice. A necessary condition for both cases is that the returned item has its packaging intact and complete.

It is clarified that fresh products can only be returned on the same day of delivery of the order.
